Rizzly ("the app", "we", "us") suggests text replies from a chat screenshot or pasted conversation. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.
1The short version
- Your chats are used only to write your replies. Rizzly doesn't keep them.
- There are no ads, no tracking and no analytics, and we never sell your data.
- You don't sign up. The app uses a random anonymous ID to count your free daily replies.
2Chats you send
When you generate replies, the screenshots or text you choose, plus any hint you add, are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which uses an AI model to write the reply suggestions. Rizzly does not save your chats or the replies on its server, and they are used only to answer your request.
3Anonymous ID and daily usage
The first time you generate replies, the app creates an anonymous account: a random ID with no name, email or phone number attached. Our server stores that ID with the number of replies you generated each day, so it can apply the free daily limit. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes the ID from your device.
4Support messages
If you contact us from Help & support, your message and the email address you choose to add are delivered to our inbox. We use them only to answer you.
5Data that stays on your device
Saved replies, your settings and the usage counter you see in the app are stored only on your phone. They're removed when you clear them in the app or uninstall Rizzly.
6Permissions
Rizzly asks for photo access only so you can pick a chat screenshot, and it can receive images you share to it. It never reads photos you don't select.
7Children
Rizzly is not directed to children under 13.
8Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
